About the Artist

Aspen Decker is a member of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes and a speaker of her language Nsélišcn ‘Salish Language’. She has a masters degree in linguistics and a bachelors in Tribal Historic Preservation. Her language and culture are at the core of everything she does.
